Transfer Rater: Toni Kroos to Man United, Mario Gotze to Liverpool, many others will shock you

The latest transfer rumours from around the world.
Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.
Here are today's top five emerging whispers for the summer. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for the latest gossip.
Mario Gotze to Liverpool
Borussia Dortmund's World Cup-winning attacker Mario Gotze has emerged as a target for his former manager Jurgen Klopp, according to the Daily Mirror.
The German re-joined Dortmund in the summer following a three-year spell with Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich, but discussions over a summer move have reportedly already taken place. Gotze has failed to secure a regular starting place in Thomas Tuchel's side this term, making just 11 appearances in the league so far.
It is likely that Dortmund would want to recoup the majority of the £20million they paid the German champions for the player's services in July.
Toni Kroos to Manchester United
Manchester United have reignited their interest in Real Madrid's Germany international Toni Kroos, according to The Sun.
United were close to signing the World Cup winner back in 2013, but the player opted for a move to the Spanish capital instead. Kroos has featured regularly for Los Blancos this season, scoring two goals and providing nine assists.
The 27-year old signed a new contract in October, keeping him at the Bernabeu until 2022, so any move for the player would require a hefty transfer fee.
Eden Hazard to Real Madrid
Real Madrid are thought to want to make Eden Hazard their latest galactico with a swoop for the Chelsea attacker at the end of the season.
Hazard has been reinvigorated under Antonio Conte this season, scoring 10 league goals and rediscovering the form of two years ago.
The Spanish giants were reportedly keen on the Belgium winger last summer, and his performances so far this term have only boosted their interest. The Blues' courting of Madrid's out-of-favour striker Alvaro Morata could lead to some form of player-plus-cash deal.
Bernardo Silva to Chelsea
Monaco's attacking midfielder Bernardo Silva has been attracting interest from "major European clubs," the club's vice-president Vasim Vasilyev has told The Times, with Chelsea thought to be leading the chase.
The 22-year old has scored six and assisted five goals in Ligue 1 so far this season, while also netting two in the Champions League, against Tottenham and CSKA Moscow.
The Times claim that the Stamford Bridge club -- who have plenty of money to spend after the £60million sale of Oscar to Shanghai SIPG -- are preparing a £70 million bid for the Portugal international.
Moussa Sissoko to AC Milan
Tottenham are already looking at moving on out-of-favour attacking midfielder Moussa Sissoko, despite shelling out a club record £30m for the player in the summer.
AC Milan are considering a move for the France international, who has made just six starts in the Premier League since joining from Newcastle United, according to Italian publication Calciomercato.
The 27-year old impressed for France during Euro 2016, but he has failed to make his mark on Mauricio Pochettino's side, with the Spurs manager instead preferring a trio of Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-Min behind Harry Kane.
