Cameroon wins Egypt in the Afcon final see photos: Best action from AFCOn 2017 final
Cameroon have won the Africa Cup of Nations 2017 following a 2 - 1 win over Egypt in the final.
Mohammed Elneny's opener was cancelled out by substitutes Nicolas Nkoulou and VIncent Aboubakar who scored the winner.
