10-man Arsenal overcome Burnley to move 2nd

- Granit Xhaka was sent off for a dangerous tackle with Arsenal 1 - 0 up

- Andre Grey scored the equalizer for
Burnley via a penalty with 10 mins left

- Lorient Kosceinly forced a penalty which Alexis Sanchez duly converted

Arsenal showed real character to win at home against Burnley after seeing Granit Xhaka and Arsene Wenger sent off.

The win sees Arsenal move to second place on the table ahead of Tottenham in third and Liverpool in fourth.
The first half ended goalless as Arsenal created chance after chance but could not find a way past Tom Heaton in goal.

The second half however was a different story with a lot of action and drama.
Shkodran Mustafi scored the opening goal after converting Mesut Ozil's corner kick. The goal was the German's first for the club.

The drama started when Xhaka saw red for a rough tackle. The game was delayed as players protested the red card.
Wenger took action and brought on Coquelin for Alex Iwobi and he caused a penalty after he felled a Burnley attacker in the box.
This infuriated Wenger who was sent off. The Frenchman refused to leave the tunnel and was involved with a scuffle with the fourth official
